Veterans Day Parade Committee Donates Funds
Museum
Director Sandy Thompson presented checks on behalf of the
Alabama Veterans Museum and Archives and the Veterans Day Parade
Committee to local groups. Veterans organizations receiving
funds were the Disabled American Veterans, the Limestone Burial
Detail and to the American Veterans. Director Thompson said,
"These are just three of the wonderful veterans organizations we
have here in Athens."
