Spirit of Athens has
been exploring short and long term solutions to obtain economic,
community, and cultural support for the organization’s
objectives.
Currently, an active and diverse Board of Directors, with
involvement from community and business members, are focusing on
objectives for the coming year.
The desire for the upcoming year is to educate our community,
both the city of Athens and Limestone County, on the importance
of the Spirit of Athens Initiative and how this will benefit our
lives and our children’s future.
With the support of the
business, government and the local community, this will be an
exciting and challenging time.
