Attended the Deployment Ceremony of the Athens 209th MP Battalion at Beasley Field on the Athens State University campus. The event was well-attended by our community, and a huge number of family members and friends were present. They were complimented and praised by their officers who have trained with them, and who will lead them in their mission in Iraq.
