Derrik Taylor arrived at the Huntsville Airport Thursday around 5PM. As he entered the arrival area he looked taller, a few pounds heavier and very happy to be home!

Of course Kriss, his mom, was right on target, grabbing for a hug so tight he couldn't move a step. She loosened her hold and he saw the family and friends who had gathered with signs and flags to welcome him back.

Derrik will be home for one month before leaving to go back to finish his time.
