Jerry Barksdale, local
author and retired attorney in Athens, introduced his latest
release "Duty" to the veterans and guests at the September
Coffee Call. Jerry has written many stories and columns for
the news papers, but he also has several books published.
"Duty" contains the military stories of 41 Limestone
veterans who fought in WWII and up to Vietnam. Barksdale
held a book signing at the Museum and will have another book
signing at Pablo's On Market on September 10th. If you
haven't purchased your copy you can do so at the Museum's
Gift Shop or at Pablos.
