Our decks are top grade.
Built using Georgia Pacific treated lumber. We use 6”x6” post, 2”x10”
skirting, 2”x8” joist and top of with 5” ¼ decking board. We also put
the best sub floor bracing in the industry. And ACQ approved screws and
nails are always used in construction.
Our Dutch style
Buildings is the most economical in the business. They are built using
treated wood for the joist and exterior trim. Abby RB&B siding, 20 year
shingles, ¾" C-D plywood for the floor.
